Ceramic Christmas Ornaments – Nov 1 – 1pm

Christmas starting in November? Personally, that’s a yes from me! Controversial to many, BUT there is good reason we’re getting in early in this case. Ceramics has some lead time – and if you love setting up your Christmas tree on December 1st, you’ll be hanging your beautiful handmade bespoke ornaments with the rest of your decor.

November 1st – Sunday – 1pm to 3pm 

During this 2 hour workshop you will be creating your own set of handmade ceramic ornaments using a lovely smooth white clay, and decorating with underglazes. Once your pieces are finished, we will fire and clear glaze your sculpture.

What’s included?

Two (2) hours of creating time, and all tools and materials needed to make a ceramic ornament set (6-10 pieces); including clay, underglaze, clear glaze, and two firings.

Post workshop, your creations will be dried, glazed and fired and will be ready for collection from the Nook approximately 4 weeks after your session.

BYO welcome! Complimentary tea and coffee is available, along with glassware.

This class is for adults and youth (10+) accompanied by a paying adult.

We recommend having short trimmed nails and wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little messy in.
